The Single 32” is built around a 32″ non-ultrawide monitor, the same 16:9 ratio you’d find on a conventional screen, just larger. At this size the image is genuinely immersive, comfortable for long sessions, and sharp enough to use as a display, a smart TV, or a full productivity monitor. The Samsung M7 Smart Monitor – available as an option on our configurator – turns this desk into both a work setup and an entertainment screen without switching devices. The DropTop Single 32 is a wall-mounted fold-out home office desk designed for a 32″ monitor. It is the only model in the DropTop range using a standard 16:9 aspect ratio at this size, making it compatible with the widest range of screens, including smart monitors, gaming monitors, and professional displays.
The 32″ size occupies a unique position: large enough to be genuinely immersive, compact enough not to dominate the wall when open, and versatile enough to function as both a home office desk and a media display. It looks and feels stunning, resists scratches, abrasion and fading, and carries antimicrobial surface properties. And the main reason we love it is because it is carbon negative: the wood stores more CO₂ than is emitted during its production and transport.
What EGGER have achieved is genuinely remarkable: a board that performs without compromises in every measurable way – scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, colour retention, structural integrity – while being built almost entirely from recycled wood and forestry by-products. It was once considered an impossible combination, they proved otherwise. All wood is from verified, legal sources and all plants are FSC and PEFC certified. The boards are fully recyclable at end of life. In choosing DropTop, you’re choosing a desk built to last decades from a material that stores more carbon than it ever emitted.

Does the DropTop™ Single 32 Light need assembly?
The DropTop™ Light range is supplied as a flat pack and is designed for home assembly.
Which monitor sizes are supported?
The DropTop™ Single 32 Light can support a single 24″, 27″ or 32″ monitor.
What is the difference between the monitor mount options?
We offer three monitor mount options for the DropTop Light™.
Tilt mount: A fixed mount with vertical tilt only. Suitable for monitors up to 6 cm deep.
Slim mount: Designed for deeper monitors, allowing up to 8 cm depth, with limited adjustability.
Extendable mount: Fully adjustable with tilt, swivel and rotation. Suitable for monitors up to 5 cm deep and required if you want laptop storage behind the screen.
Does the DropTop Light™ come with artwork and monitors?
Artwork is only included with the DropTop™ Classic range. The DropTop™ Light does not include technology such as monitors or docking stations. It is designed to allow you to install your own equipment in the way that suits you.
Can I install this on my wall type?
The DropTop™ is designed for secure installation on brick or plasterboard/drywall walls. All required fixing packs are included to support a straightforward installation.
How much weight can the DropTop™ support?
The DropTop™ Light includes our soft opening stays and steel wall plate, engineered to provide proven stability and support 50kg.
