We thoroughly inspect and package all items prior to dispatch. Please notify us in writing by email as soon as possible (within 72 hours of receipt) if your goods are incorrect or damaged, providing details and photographs. If we are satisfied, upon consideration of these details, that the product has not been delivered as requested, we will arrange full or partial collection and replacement, as necessary.
Should goods be deemed surplus to requirements, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt at the customer’s expense, provided items are returned in the same condition as sold. We will refund the value of the items, minus shipping costs.
To assist you in buying with confidence, we are happy to send advance samples of the materials (timber/steel/plastics) we use when manufacturing your items. Please be aware that given the bespoke nature of our products, there will be natural variation in finishes, but we will do all we can to design your items to your wishes.
