5-Year-Guarantee

We offer a five-year Manufacturer’s Guarantee, applicable from the date of shipping. We want to ensure our valued customers have peace of mind on their purchase. We know the DropTop™ desk is built to last. Faults are extremely rare, but if you encounter any issues during this time, then please let us know and we will resolve them with you. This includes all parts of the DropTop™ desk, including our patented Extreme Hinges – which we are proud to offer a lifetime guarantee on. Should you encounter any issues outside of the five-years, please do email us and we will do our best to help resolve your issue still.

T&Cs

• This guarantee covers all parts of the DropTop™ desk but does not include optional added monitors or docks. The manufacturer guarantee that comes with your tech is separate to this guarantee.

• Sockets, power cables, wiring, artwork, and monitor mounts installed by us are covered by this five-year guarantee.

• The fittings and wall plate that arrive with your desk are covered by this
five-year guarantee. Should you require an additional fixings pack for any reason please contact us.

• Our patented Extreme Hinges come with a lifetime guarantee. They will not break. If you encounter any issue regarding the hinges not working as they should please let us know. This guarantee does not cover aesthetic wear and tear, or noise.

• Customised desks are not eligible for our Manufacturers Guarantee. This includes desks which have had additional holes drilled or other customisations.

• Any faults arising from misuse of the DropTop™, accidental damage, wear and tear, water damage, are not covered by this guarantee.

• Additional accessories or customisations that are not permanently attached to the DropTop™ are not covered by this warranty, but the desk is, assuming no damage has been made.

• Any postage charges incurred will be refunded for returned units, if there is an acceptable fault with your desk as per this guarantee.

• Please note on the rare occasion your DropTop™ colour has been discontinued we will do our best to match the colour of your DropTop™ if any replacement parts are required.

• This guarantee is applicable to the named buyer on the sales invoice only. It is voided in the event of reselling.
