We aim to make purchasing your new Droptop Desk as smooth and transparent as possible, whether you’re in the UK or ordering internationally.

The prices displayed on our shop page in the UK (in £) are inclusive of 20% UK VAT. The price you see at checkout is the full and final price you will pay, inclusive of all taxes and fees.
When your order is ready, you will be emailed a DHL tracking code where you can schedule delivery slots and delivery time is usually 1-2 days for mainland UK.

 Purchasing from Outside the UK

When you view our products outside the UK in your local currency (like $ or €), the price is automatically adjusted for international tax rules.
The prices displayed on our shop page outside of the UK exclude any taxes. The 20% UK VAT has been automatically removed and your purchase is subject to your local import taxes. When your order arrives at your country’s “Customs Office,” DHL will contact you with an import tax bill to pay.
The cost will depend on your country’s or state’s tax rates but in most cases it’s lower than the 20% UK VAT that has been automatically deducted already.

Please note: We have no control over these rates and these costs are not taken by Pith & Stem.
When your order is ready, you will be emailed a DHL tracking code and you can track the order from leaving the UK, to arriving in your country, clearing customs and you can also schedule delivery slots. This process usually take 3-5 days from when it leaves our manufacturing facility.

Shipping and Delivery Details

The postage costs for your order will be automatically calculated upon checkout and it’s based on the specific model you are buying and your delivery address. The total price, including postage costs, will be displayed as the last step of the checkout before you are prompted to enter your payment details.
We schedule DHL collections 3 times a week to minimise our carbon footprint, allowing us to ship hundreds of desks a month.
We use less than 1% plastics in our packaging; almost everything is recycled or recyclable cardboard.
