The DropTop™ wall-mounted desk range is designed to enhance work–life balance, offering a refined workspace that disappears effortlessly at the end of the day.

The DropTop™ Light range is supplied flat-packed for home assembly and supports up to 50kg. Available in five colours, it offers a choice of slim, tilt or extendable monitor mounts and suits those who already have their own monitor setup.

The DropTop™ Classic range arrives fully assembled and supports up to 75kg, built around our custom, patent-pending hinge system for exceptional strength. It includes integrated electrical wiring, an extendable monitor mount as standard and interchangeable artwork. An optional pre-installed monitor and USB-C docking station can also be added for a complete, ready-to-use workspace.

The Classic range remains our most popular choice.

The DropTop™ Wall-Mounted Desk is made from high-density, premium-quality particleboard, using a mix of recycled wood from the forestry industry. The boards are locally sourced, FSC and PEFC certified, and selected to reduce CO₂ emissions and environmental impact.

The particleboard is lightweight yet strong, making the desk easy to mount while remaining durable. It is scratch-resistant and features antimicrobial properties for a long-lasting, hygienic finish.

INSTALLATION PAGE

The DropTop™ is designed to accommodate monitors without their original stands and is supplied with a universal VESA mount bracket. Your monitor must therefore be VESA compatible, with standard mounting holes on the back.

Please compare your monitor’s dimensions with those listed on the relevant DropTop™ product page. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help.

Curved monitor compatibility largely depends on the depth of the monitor’s full curve, which varies by model.

For DropTop™ Classic desks, the maximum allowed depth is 6cm.

For DropTop™ Light desks, the available depth depends on the monitor mount selected:
Slim mount: up to 8cm
Tilt mount: up to 6cm
Extendable mount: up to 5cm

Optional pre-installed monitors and USB-C dock are available with the DropTop™ Classic range and can be added when customising your DropTop™ desk.

The DropTop™ Light range does not include monitors or dock options, but it is ready for you to install your own.

We do not offer a home installation service. Comprehensive online instructions are provided to support straightforward installation.

Yes. Brick and plasterboard fixing packs are supplied with your DropTop™, designed for secure installation on either plasterboard or brick walls.

Light Mount

The DropTop™ Classic range includes 2 to 4 international power sockets, depending on the model you choose. These sockets are compatible with UK, US, EU Schuko and Australian plug types, with no adaptor required.

i-tec Dock Mini
 
A compact USB-C docking station compatible with USB-C, USB4 and Thunderbolt laptops. Suitable for Windows and Apple devices. It provides up to 100 W Power Delivery for charging supported USB-C laptops, subject to host device compatibility.
 
Connection is via a single USB-C cable, enabling power delivery and connection of essential peripherals. Supports display output up to 4K resolution. No DisplayLink drivers required.
 
When connected to Apple computers with dual external screens, one display will extend while the second will mirror
i-tec USB-C docking station with multiple ports supporting 4K display and device connectivity.

If you have purchased a DropTop Classic with the iTec Pro Dock you will need to download the relevant DisplayLink drivers for your laptop/MacBook to allow full use of the extended screen displays.

The iTec mini dock does not require drivers or other software to be downloaded.

At the moment, you can select either a docking station or additional front sockets, but not both together.

Yes, the DropTop™ desk allows desktop use, with built-in access holes for routing cables to your monitors from the base.

We are currently unable to accommodate custom designs due to the current high demand and ongoing projects. However, we encourage you to send in your custom request through our contact us form.

We don’t have a showroom, but you can view and customise our DropTop desks on our online shop page.

DropTop desks shipped outside the UK will not include VAT. These orders will be subject to local import duty and local taxes in the destination country.

DropTop™ Classic

The DropTop™ is powered by a single detachable power cable, available with UK, US, EU (Schuko) or Australian plug types.

DropTop™ Classic Single models include 2 international sockets as standard, while DropTop™ Classic Duo models include 4 international sockets as standard.

The DropTop™ Classic provides storage for laptops up to 16″ behind the monitors and includes extendable monitor mounts as standard.

Yes, you may install your own monitor and devices. Optional pre-installed monitors and USB-C docking stations are available with the DropTop™ Classic for a more integrated setup.

Please ensure your monitor dimensions are suitable and that it is compatible with the DropTop™ prior to purchase.

The DropTop™ Classic is delivered fully assembled, with the option to include integrated monitors and USB-C docking, or supplied ready for you to install your own display and devices.

DropTop™ Artwork

The DropTop™ artwork is a 330 gsm, 100% cotton canvas print, mounted on plywood and set in a wooden frame.

Yes, you can easily personalise your DropTop™ artwork by uploading your own image during customisation.

When uploading an image, please ensure:

  • Landscape orientation (recommended)
  • A minimum resolution of 300 DPI
  • The image is clear and sharp, not blurry or pixelated
  • The original file is used where possible (for example, directly from a camera or phone, rather than a screenshot or compressed file)

All images are checked before printing, and a proof is sent for approval. If the quality is not suitable, we’ll ask for a higher-resolution image. Production will only begin once the image has been approved.

We accept most common image file formats, including PSD, JPEG/JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, HEIF/HEIC and RAW camera files (such as CR2, NEF and ARW).

The DropTop™ Classic artwork is fully detachable, allowing you to easily swap it out at any time.

Artwork is only included with the DropTop™ Classic range.

DropTop™ Light

The DropTop™ Light range is supplied as a flat pack and is designed for home assembly.

The DropTop™ Light does not include integrated monitors or docking. It is designed to give you the flexibility to install your own display and devices to suit your workspace

We offer three monitor mount options for the DropTop Light™

Tilt mount: A fixed mount with vertical tilt only. Suitable for monitors up to 6 cm deep.

Slim mount: Designed for deeper monitors, allowing up to 8 cm depth, with limited adjustability.

Extendable mount: Fully adjustable with tilt, swivel and rotation. Suitable for monitors up to 5 cm deep and required if you want laptop storage behind the screen.

Artwork is only included with the DropTop™ Classic range.
